About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and manage a network of freelance AI specialists, identifying top talent and maintaining a strong bench of trusted contributors.
Lead multiple AI projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and partner with engineering leaders to design scalable, effective solutions.
Promote strong documentation and knowledge sharing to support team collaboration and long-term success.
Monitor and support AI systems and automation workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex challenges, providing clear context and recommendations for resolution.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful launches and adoption.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in technical project delivery, program management, AI operations, or a related field.
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
Experience managing technical contractors, freelancers, or vendor partnerships to successfully deliver projects.
Comfortable working with leading AI models and tools, including Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear requirements and implementation plans.
Understanding of AI systems, LLM integrations, automation workflows, and retrieval-based solutions.
Experience using project and delivery management tools such as Monday.com, Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion.
