About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist Area Directors develop their skills while building one-on-one relationships with them.
Train Area Directors in our processes and procedures via phone conferences.
Respond to a steady stream of questions, concerns, complaints, and everything in between via phone and email with both Area Directors and their advertising clients.
Work both individually and within a small, close-knit team to solve problems.
Answer incoming phone calls to cover current staffing pattern needs.
Brainstorm and implement ways to be proactive in your role to reduce reactiveness in engaging with Area Directors.
Collaborate with our Design team to help Area Directors understand our design process and administrative tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to learn quickly with a desire to grow.
Confidence in making decisions based on your knowledge and training.
All-star communication skills, both over the phone and in email.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace.
Resourcefulness and adaptability in an environment of change.
Ability to work calmly with fast-paced deadlines.
Previous call center experience & ticketing software knowledge.
