About the role
- Build strong relationships with Client Success Managers, Field Area Directors, sales teams, and advertising clients to support clear communication and smooth account resolution.
- Respond promptly to emails, calls, and requests related to billing questions, payment issues, and account concerns.
- Help clients resolve payment challenges, including declined cards or processing errors, while working to reduce past-due balances.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively contact clients regarding outstanding invoices or overdue balances.
- Collaborate with Accounting Field Support to resolve billing system issues and generate new or adjusted invoices when payment arrangements change.
- Communicate account updates, payment plans, and outstanding balances with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution.
- Work with clients on early termination or buyout agreements and follow company collections procedures when accounts require closure.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in accounting, commissions processing, billing, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email with a high level of professionalism.
- Comfortable working with numbers, dollar amounts, and contract disputes.
- Can use discretion when working with sensitive information.
