About the role

  • Build and grow strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and helping clients see the value of partnering across N2’s print and digital platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Area Directors, ensuring clear communication and a smooth client experience.
  • Lead client onboarding by gathering assets and coordinating campaign setup to ensure successful and timely launches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and billing records, updating notes and resolving payment or account issues as needed.
  • Drive client retention and growth by renewing partnerships, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and proactively addressing potential cancellations.

Requirements

  • Client account management for ongoing service engagements and retainers.
  • CRM systems for B2B services (monday.com) and account health tracking.
  • Contract management (renewals, onboarding, cross-sells, up-sells).
  • Data analysis and reporting on service performance, SLAs, and client outcomes.
  • Process documentation, playbooks, and service workflows.
  • Virtual communication and presentation skills (Zoom, Aircall, emails).
  • Risk identification and escalation management.
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise B2B service clients in a remote environment.
  • Experience owning post-sale relationships and acting as the primary strategic point of contact.
  • Leadership experience in client onboarding, discovery, and expectation-setting for services delivery.
  • Experience running recurring status calls, QBRs, and reviews focused on business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth through value demonstration.
  • Experience resolving escalations and maintaining client confidence during delivery challenges.
  • Experience working across time zones with distributed internal teams and clients.
  • Experience retaining and growing accounts by aligning services to evolving client goals.
