About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in a rotational program covering the full software development lifecycle across three functional areas: Business Analysis, Development, and Production Support.
Gain an understanding of Agile development methodology and how it drives successful technology delivery.
Build and maintain product backlogs using Agile practices.
Break down high-level features into deliverable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Develop subject matter expertise in key functions of our core platforms.
Prepare for and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
Analyze business requirements and design solutions for review by senior architects.
Develop, unit test, and implement features based on approved designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support cases, perform root cause analysis, and develop preventative solutions.
Support production releases as needed.
Analyze and respond to production support cases.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong background in coding with proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Familiarity with relational databases and an understanding of SQL.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment.
