About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with IT Project Leads and business stakeholders to identify and execute upon requirements.
Define and document clear and concise requirements.
Own the requirements through their full lifecycle.
Prepare user acceptance test (UAT) plans, scenarios, and test cases where applicable.
Work closely with our geographically dispersed IT team (internal & offshore).
Participate in production support activities with end users when needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of property and casualty insurance work experience
Proficiency with claims platforms is essential.
Expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and Contact Manager is strongly preferred.
Experience participating in personal lines insurance IT projects.
Experience working with 3rd party integrations and interfaces such as CCC, Xact, Claimatic, OneInc, Copart, and others.
AI experience is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Ability to write basic XML and SQL queries.
