About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execution of risk management field strategies
- Manage daily operations of the Risk function, fostering a culture of connectivity and recognition for an assigned team of remote Risk Managers.
- Engage with the cross-functional business leaders in the assigned Region to ensure an understanding of the regional goals and your Risk Management team’s role in achieving important business outcomes.
- Represent PURE Risk Management in various interactions, including PURE360 disputes with members, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaboration with our Training Lead to develop technical, member experience and operational proficiency skillsets.
- Facilitate clear and open communication with your direct reports, Risk Management and Regional leadership.
- Engage with team to recognize achievements and foster team connectivity in a remote environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years of Risk Management and/or high net worth residential property experience.
- Prior leadership or coaching/developing individuals preferred.
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
- Strong relationship management and customer service/experience background.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical and solid problem-solving skills; proficient in web applications.
- Travel within the Region for PURE 360s and field staff up to 50% of time is expected.
