Requirements

FCAS; 10+ years in P&C actuarial roles, including 5+ years leading pricing teams
Skilled in personal lines pricing: ratemaking, segmentation, portfolio management
Led major pricing transformation projects with measurable improvements
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and rate filings
Experienced in developing high-performing teams and leaders
Strategic, commercially focused; effective at stakeholder engagement
Proven change leader; streamlined processes and operating models
Expert in actuarial pricing, predictive modeling, machine learning
Familiar with modern data ecosystems and scalable tools
Proficient in Python/R.
