About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Team Leadership
Provide technical architecture guidance for solution implementation and train all analysts to follow technical principles and best practices for both Support and Projects.
Operate in a global environment, considering global solutions and aligning with all regions to ensure the scalability and stability of Mosaic globally.
Research new market technologies in compliance with Mosaic's information security and cybersecurity rules.
Contact, hire, and manage IT vendors providing services to Mosaic.
Oversee procurement and payment processes to support IT vendor management.
Develop design and implementation plans.
Manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and coordinate project plans.
Engage key stakeholders, define and coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, build commitment, overcome resistance, and lead project teams.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
Systems and Applications Development and Deployment
Lead designated components and/or participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of critical business applications and systems.
Lead designated components and/or participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for use by developers and testers.
Ensure the management and maintenance of the overall solution architecture, including scalability and integrity.
Participate in SAB and CAB meetings as needed.
Follow Mosaic compliance guidelines, ensuring all deployments have appropriate evidence, documentation, and approvals.
Provide approvals in ServiceNow for enhancements and consultant requests.
Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Define constraints and requirements for solutions.
Ensure clear and effective communication with the Scrum team and align development stakeholders on technical direction.
Work with vendors to evaluate solution and service options, ensuring external requirements and features are incorporated into solution designs.
Agile Methodology and Scrum Teams
Work closely with the Scrum Master to develop autonomous Scrum teams.
Implement agile management best practices focused on scalability, supportability, maintainability, and system performance.
Define and coordinate the execution of BA testing procedures and develop test cases for quality assurance processes.
Develop and maintain BA technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields;
Advanced/Fluent English;
IT experience with knowledge of SAP;
Experience in implementations and digital transformation;
Knowledge of EBS business processes, such as master data, procurement, finance, accounts payable, travel and expense, among others.
