About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the definition and implementation of the Employee Experience vision and framework, ensuring alignment with company culture and business priorities.
  • Design and continuously improve key employee lifecycle experiences (e.g., onboarding, development, engagement, transitions), embedding cultural principles and moments that matter across all phases.
  • Design and manage the employee listening strategy (e.g., surveys, feedback channels, experience communities), ensuring strong governance and adoption.
  • Analyze data (engagement, lifecycle insights, feedback) to identify trends, experience gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations and priorities.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve employee experience across the lifecycle.
  • Partner with HR COEs, Shared Services, and business leaders to implement initiatives that address identified gaps and enhance culture, engagement, and performance outcomes.
  • Support the development and deployment of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and internal experience branding, ensuring alignment with culture and employee expectations.
  • Partner on inclusion and diversity-related initiatives that enhance belonging and experience across regions and employee populations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced English
  • Bachelors in: HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, related fields
  • Preferred Masters in Analytics, Business Strategy, or related fields
  • Strong experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience
  • Experience designing or delivering employee experience, engagement, or culture programs across the lifecycle
  • Experience working in matrixed/global organizations
  • Knowledge, Skill, Abilities: Lifecycle design and journey mapping
  • Ability to translate culture and strategy into practical employee-facing experiences
  • Strong program design and framework development
  • Strong end-to-end project management skills
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems
  • Familiarity with listening platforms
  • Comfort using digital tools and AI-enabled solutions
