About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, develop and implement processes and systems to ensure effective inventory control and working capital management of Mosaic's MRO supplies in South America
Responsible for optimizing and establishing controls to track and monitor tens of millions of Brazilian Reais in Mosaic MRO inventory, tens of thousands of inventory maintenance item units and 20 principal Mosaic warehouses
Management of MRO inventory, technology, repairable spare parts, kits and inventory optimization
Responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures across South America
Establish procedures in coordination with Finance, Internal and External Audit to meet all SOX compliance requirements
Build partnerships with Operations, Maintenance, Capital Projects and all internal stakeholders to ensure items required for safe and efficient operation of Mosaic facilities are supplied on time and in sufficient quantities at the lowest cost and working capital levels
Responsible for managing relationships and leading your team, providing work direction and timely, constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, responsibilities, business objectives and performance standards
Support employees in career development at Mosaic
Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers) to implement systems and technology to streamline stock replenishment
Develop and execute systems to provide controls for MRO and repairable spare parts, protecting Mosaic's active equipment and working capital
Engage Finance and Internal Audit to develop and execute controls and procedures for processes including: MRO inventory; vendor-managed inventory; shipping; surplus and idle stock sales; repairable spare parts; shrinkage and theft; slow-moving inventory; stock adjustments and security
Engage Operations, Maintenance, Strategic Sourcing and IT to implement control systems
Develop and execute systems, processes and technology to ensure MRO and repairable spare parts stock requirements meet business needs
Engage stakeholders in Operations, Maintenance and Strategic Sourcing to find creative solutions that meet customer needs while reducing inventory and working capital
Implement strategies to minimize costs and time to move, process and maintain inventory
Design and implement standard operating procedures across all storage facilities in Brazil
Develop, monitor and maintain standard key performance indicators and metrics for Mosaic facilities
Engage Operations and Maintenance stakeholders to ensure target performance and drive continuous improvement and achievement of Mosaic's efficiency and working capital improvement goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, Logistics, Economics, Accounting or related fields
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes
Experience with Power BI and metrics/dashboarding
Advanced English for daily conversational use
Experience with SAP
