About the role
- Ensure that granulation is produced quantitatively and with quality, following the standards set out in the relevant procedures and instructions for the area.
- Monitor water, acid and steam control for the granulators;
- Daily cleaning of the granulators' inlet and outlet nozzles/spouts;
- Clean the silo and feed hopper;
- Control the feed silo level;
- Collect samples according to the Work Instruction (WI);
- Inspect the SSGR pile;
- Clean the mills;
- Clean unit screens and the final screen using shot blasting (grit blasting);
- Daily monitoring and cleaning of the units' cyclones;
- Monitor furnace and dryer outlet temperatures
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Availability to work in shifts.
