About the role
- Responsible for providing technical support and/or performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on static equipment
- Control the allocation of available resources according to the schedule
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with workforce allocation
- Monitor and record labor allocation using SAP
- Propose new methods for performing maintenance tasks
- Assess all work situations and the risks involved in activities
- Authorize lower-complexity work in accordance with the matrix and EHS policies
- Provide technical support for the execution of maintenance activities
- Ensure that work execution is recorded in the maintenance information system
- Promote teamwork within the execution group
- Perform higher-complexity activities within your area of expertise
- Support supervision in monitoring and preparing the team's annual budget
- Suggest changes to the equipment maintenance strategy
- Contribute ideas and collaborate with other engineering leaders
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Technical certificate in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics (1200 hours)
- Qualification in static equipment maintenance (boilermaking and welding)
