About the role

  • Act as the link between Mosaic and the customer to identify value-added solutions, raising awareness of Mosaic's brands and strategy.
  • Manage the client portfolio.
  • Develop projects and business by preparing commercial plans and analyzing sell-out data to drive customer growth.
  • Provide a high level of service and customer retention to ensure long-term relationships through excellence programs.
  • Monitor customer processes: order management, logistics, and distribution;
  • Conduct sales results presentation meetings for distributors at the required frequency;
  • Ensure product turnover by monitoring demand and identifying growth opportunities;
  • Propose and negotiate logistical alternatives;
  • Create and lead improvement projects;
  • Ensure that all registered customers are visited;
  • Regularly go into the field with the distributor's sales team;
  • Recommend actions based on analysis of competitors versus Mosaic's positioning;
  • Direct the go-to-market strategy for the region.
  • Monitor and position products in the field.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of the biologicals market, crop protection, plant nutrition, or seeds.
  • Knowledge of the region.
  • Experience working with channels (distributors, cooperatives) or direct sales to producers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy.
  • Commercial experience in negotiation and sales, demand generation, and conducting field activities (demoplots, field days, presentations, and trainings).
  • Advanced knowledge of the macroeconomic environment and its influences on agribusiness.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Office suite and Internet).
  • Deep understanding of the characteristics of the customers under your responsibility (structure, service level, processes, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in negotiation and customer relationship management.
  • Extensive knowledge of soil fertility and plant bionutrition.
  • Availability to reside in Pato Branco, PR.
