About the role
- Service area: southern Brazil and Paraguay;
- Responsible for technical matters; conduct training and development of channel teams to disseminate knowledge about Mosaic performance products;
- Support recommendations of solutions that generate value for high-complexity customers, strengthen relationships and help develop markets;
- Act as a reference for disseminating knowledge of crops, soil fertility and plant nutrition;
- Participate in initiatives for new projects and business and in technical events to stay updated on trends and to train the commercial team;
- Seek market opportunities to generate value and position Mosaic technologies according to company guidelines;
- Support managers in differentiation strategies among our distributors;
- Responsible for disseminating technical knowledge (agronomy, product, competitors, trends and new technologies);
- Train commercial teams;
- Primary responsible for the technical training of channels;
- Provide support to Marketing: act as a reference for developing campaigns and activities for specific crops in the regions of operation; review technical content for positioning Mosaic product lines in the market.
Requirements
- Active CREA registration (professional engineering credential);
- Valid driver's license (Category B);
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering;
- Master's degree in Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition;
- Experience with soluble fertilizers;
- Experience with fertigation;
- In-depth knowledge of fertilizers, plant nutrition and soil fertility;
- Knowledge of regional crops;
- Familiarity with the assigned service region;
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet);
- Advanced knowledge of research methodology;
- Strong knowledge of presentation techniques and adult learning (andragogy);
- Ability to perform administrative routines (preparing reports and managing administrative processes);
- Willingness to travel (approximately 70% of working time);
- Residence in the South (e.g., Chapecó, Londrina, Passo Fundo, etc.)
