About the role

  • Assist in risk, accident and failure analysis by investigating causes, proposing preventive and corrective measures, and supporting statistical and legal work, including cost-related matters;
  • Support studies of workplace safety conditions, facilities and equipment, focusing on risk control, pollution control, occupational hygiene, ergonomics, fire protection and sanitation;
  • Review projects in collaboration with technical teams, recommending changes to eliminate or minimize risks of accidents and occupational illnesses;
  • Plan and develop the implementation of techniques related to risk management and control;
  • Propose occupational safety policies, programs, standards and regulations to standardize work methods and ensure compliance;
  • Support the implementation of preventive measures in occupational safety, based on knowledge of the nature and severity of injuries resulting from workplace accidents, including occupational diseases;
  • Advise, guide and coordinate meetings and working groups related to occupational safety and participate in committees and commissions;

Requirements

  • Higher education degree with postgraduate specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering;
  • Active CREA registration;
  • Availability to work on-site at one of our units in the states of Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo;
  • Proven experience in accident analysis, methodology and investigation;
  • Experience managing proactive safety and occupational health indicators, as well as frequency and severity rates;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Valid Category B driver's license;
