About the role
- Provide leadership and coaching to Grid Modernization team members
- Contribute billable hours to client projects
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Grid Modernization engagements
- Participate in project planning and execution activities
- Support account planning and business development
- Promote standardized methodologies and practices
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, regulatory, and quality standards
Requirements
- 5+ years in grid modernization or utility technology programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Practical experience with ADMS and DERMS
- Familiarity with major grid modernization platforms (ABB, OSI, GE, Oracle, Hitachi Energy, Schneider Electric)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience with data analytics and cyber security considerations
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
