About the role
- Assist the Attorney and other team members in preparing pleadings, motions, petitions, etc.
- Perform legal research in relation to litigation matters.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Prepare legal documents and file them with various courts.
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor court hearing dates and deadlines.
- Understand court procedures and access local rules.
- Track hourly billable time worked as required.
- Manage client compliance requirements in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage‑servicing operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer‑service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Access.
