About the role

  • Assist the Attorney and other team members in preparing pleadings, motions, petitions, etc.
  • Perform legal research in relation to litigation matters.
  • Organize and maintain case files.
  • Prepare legal documents and file them with various courts.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and monitor court hearing dates and deadlines.
  • Understand court procedures and access local rules.
  • Track hourly billable time worked as required.
  • Manage client compliance requirements in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage‑servicing operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer‑service skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
