• What will you do:
• End-to-end ownership: Lead UX/UI design from concept to production — flows, visuals, prototypes, and handoff.
• Consumer-grade craft: Deliver beautiful, intuitive experiences that SMBs actually love to use.
• Flow simplification: Turn complex workflows into simple, mobile-first journeys.
• Cross-functional delivery: Work closely with product, engineering, and growth to ship fast and iterate.

• What you’ll be working on:
• Running competitor research and user interviews to shape product direction.
• Designing onboarding and retention flows, iterating based on data and feedback.
• Building and evolving our design system across multiple apps.
• Collaborating on branding and visual identity alongside growth and product.
• Prototyping new features and validating them quickly with real users.
