About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across our vendor partner platforms
  • Investigate threats, perform analysis and support incident response and remediation activities
  • Configure and optimise vendor partner's security services and policies
  • Conduct traffic analysis, log correlation and threat hunting activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and work closely with our vendor partner to resolve issues and enhance security outcomes
  • Support vulnerability assessments, post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to operational best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years’ experience in a SOC/GSOC or security operations environment
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and Zero Trust architecture
  • Deep expertise (or strong exposure) to modern edge security platforms
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern infrastructure
  • Exposure to or strong interest in modern edge security platforms
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and external partners
