About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across our vendor partner platforms
- Investigate threats, perform analysis and support incident response and remediation activities
- Configure and optimise vendor partner's security services and policies
- Conduct traffic analysis, log correlation and threat hunting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and work closely with our vendor partner to resolve issues and enhance security outcomes
- Support vulnerability assessments, post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to operational best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years’ experience in a SOC/GSOC or security operations environment
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and Zero Trust architecture
- Deep expertise (or strong exposure) to modern edge security platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern infrastructure
- Exposure to or strong interest in modern edge security platforms
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and external partners
