About the role

  • Develop and manage client relationships across new and existing accounts, with a focus on the mid-market segment.
  • Drive new business across Products, Professional Services, and Managed Services, with a strong emphasis on Information/Cyber Security.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, technical teams, and strategic vendors to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Communicate the value of The Missing Link’s solutions to C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Identify and solve business challenges in areas such as Penetration Testing, GRC Gap Assessments, Managed Detection & Response, and other SOC-delivered services.
  • Work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team to achieve results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT sales, ideally within Cyber Security, or 2+ years specifically in Security Sales.
  • Proven success selling complex IT solutions and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with creative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Existing certifications with security vendors (highly desirable).
  • Deep understanding of consulting services and multi-vendor security solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and strong organisational skills.
  • A passion for customer service and growing business within existing accounts.
