About the role
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the cybersecurity space
- Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional seller
- Understand client risk profiles and translate them into tailored cyber security solutions
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through to close
- Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure customer success
- Stay informed on emerging cyber threats, industry trends, and evolving security technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a security sales professional with an IT company or minimum 5 years experience as a sales professional
- A passion for winning new accounts and growing business within our existing client base
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within cyber security, IT services, or technology solutions
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate risk, value, and outcomes
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
