- Foster talent by mentoring fellow designers to help them develop and improve their skills
- Work lean and fast as part of a small, high-impact, and high-output design team
- Directly influence product and company decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on beautifully designed mobile products
- Design portfolio that demonstrates outstanding UX and UI work
- Deep-rooted user empathy and excellent visual and interaction design skills
- Comprehensive understanding of mobile design patterns
- Hunger to challenge yourself, learn new things, tackle complex problems, and level up your collaborators
- Highly proficient in Figma
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Collaborative and communicative, with a track record of giving and receiving impactful feedback, sharing insightful opinions, and asking thoughtful questions
