• Keep HR data accurate and confidential by managing HR systems and records (Gusto, BambooHR, Deel)
• Ensure the team is compensated and cared for through managing global payroll, benefits administration, 401(k), and leaves (eg. parental, FMLA, disability, etc.)
• Keep us compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws, visas, overseeing tax registrations and filings, and supporting audits
• Provide expert advice on HR, benefits, and compliance matters internally, applying and updating company policies in the employee handbook
• Lead onboarding and offboarding efforts including managing documentation (eg. I-9, PIIA, COBRA, etc.), scheduling sessions, and coordinating device shipment
• Liaise with external vendors and partners, including immigration attorneys, benefits brokers, and government agencies to manage critical HR processes and ensure compliance
• Keep the recruiting process running smoothly by managing ATS and recruiting admin (eg. posting JDs, scheduling interviews, sending offer letters, etc.)
• Provide an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through helpful and timely communication
• Celebrate important moments by managing employee recognition and swag efforts (eg. scheduling swag/gift delivery, designing/ordering new swag, anniversary shout-outs, etc.)
• Keep the business running smoothly through virtual office management (eg. device procurement, IT account management, mail, all-hands slide deck management, etc.)
