Software Engineer

• Design, develop, configure and enhance ICT systems and applications in line with organisational standards and digital strategy.
• Build and maintain solutions using Microsoft technologies and the Power Platform.
• Produce high-quality, secure and maintainable solutions that follow development standards and best practice.
• Support the delivery of projects using agile and sprint-based methodologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support testing, deployment and implementation activities to ensure successful project delivery.
