Manager

• Lead the design and implementation of data architecture for Assets and Net Zero using Microsoft Fabric Medallion and Kimball principles.
• Oversee advanced data analysis, including reconciliation processes and dashboards to support strategy and investment. Utilize SQL, Python, API integration, Power BI, and advanced Excel for high-quality insights.
• Manage the migration from on-premise data warehousing to Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data integrity and effective change management.
• Ensure data quality and governance throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior managers to assess AI solutions that enhance performance and service delivery. Direct data projects from procurement to implementation, meeting integration and business needs.
• Maintain business models for solar PV and battery portfolios, focusing on revenue forecasting and performance analysis. Produce carbon and energy performance reports for ESG reporting.
• Lead a small data team, ensuring effective delivery and development.

Data Intelligence and Support Manager

Administration

• Provide administrative support to the Home Ownership & Commercial Team, including maintaining records, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with the sale and resale of shared ownership properties, ensuring all legal, financial, and administrative requirements are met.
• Support leasehold administration, including processing assignments, subletting, and lease extensions.
• Handle commercial lettings, including lease agreements, rent reviews, and tenant queries.
• Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the Home Ownership & Commercial Team.
