About the role

  • Regular client communication providing real-time updates on day-to-day activities
  • Coordinate status meetings and provide reporting on work, timelines and budgets; highlight blockers/risks
  • Participate in briefings, capture client requirements and reporting needs
  • Capture feedback, distribute and follow up on action points
  • Support Account Director and build client relationships through responsiveness and clear communication
  • Liaise with team members to understand roles, processes and delivery tasks
  • Create project plans and resource plans; work with traffic manager to resource and schedule team members
  • Write production briefs and facilitate kick-off meetings
  • Drive teams through delivery, coordinate schedules, organise meetings and provide clear actions and deadlines
  • Resolve blockers or challenges to successful delivery
  • Review and appraise work to ensure it meets the brief and is client-ready
  • Create project estimates, quotes and statements of work (with director support)
  • Manage project finance admin (raise purchase orders and invoices, update forecasts)
  • Track and report on time, cost, budget spend and project profitability; escalate commercial risks
  • Identify opportunities to extend scope of work and support business development with Account Director
  • Success measured by team feedback, client feedback, project profitability, delivery accuracy and financial accuracy

  • Previous marketing or agency experience
  • Some understanding of different types of marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing cross-discipline teams (asset production, strategy, creative, technology, media)
  • Proficient with IT including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience of project management tools and processes
  • Experience of commercial management (estimating costs, tracking and managing budgets)
