Director

• Serve as a best-practice advisor on established delivery methodologies, shaping how work is scoped, managed and delivered across the portfolio.
• Work with Managing Partners, VPs, Account Directors and relevant function leads to build delivery models that are scalable, efficient, and aligned to client needs.
• Support the planning of centrally led delivery improvements and their execution in your portfolio, ensuring a strong link between strategic ambition and practical delivery.
• Oversee the portfolio’s Client Services delivery recruitment needs, drive the process and successfully onboard new recruits.
• Mentor the delivery team to strengthen their leadership, commercial thinking, and ability to manage complex work independently.
• Review high level data around revenue recovery vs approved quotes, surface insights and proactively drive the teams to create action plans to mitigate revenue risks.
• Lead delivery planning and operational routines across the portfolio, maintaining consistency and adaptability across clients and project types.
• Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and business development efforts by shaping delivery strategy, resourcing models, and commercial planning.

Programme Management Director

• Support the planning of centrally led delivery improvements and their execution in your portfolio, ensuring a strong link between strategic ambition and practical delivery.
• If account or program prioritisation is needed, this should be agreed with Portfolio Managing Partner/Senior Client Leadership team.
• Oversee the portfolio’s Client Services delivery recruitment needs, drive the process and successfully on-board new recruits.
• Mentor the delivery team to strengthen their leadership, commercial thinking, and ability to manage complex work independently.
• Champion the delivery craft and create conditions for growth by supporting career development, capability building, and confidence across the team.
• Provide feedback and coaching that drives accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Review high level data around revenue recovery vs approved quotes, surface insights and pro-actively drive the teams to create actions plans to mitigate revenue risks.
• Work with project managers and account leadership to scope projects effectively, manage margins, and identify commercial risks early.
• Lead continuous improvement across commercial processes, embedding strong financial understanding and decision-making within the delivery team.
• Ensure Account Managers are fully utilised via proactive management of ‘revenue held’ capacity planning, reviews/reporting of utilisation and sharing of capacity between portfolios where appropriate (includes making sure holiday cover doesn’t impact pace of work).
• Lead delivery planning and operational routines across the portfolio, maintaining consistency and adaptability across clients and project types.
• Oversee resourcing strategy in partnership with workflow and resource management, function leadership, and the delivery team to ensure capacity is aligned with forecasted demand and team wellbeing.
• Support the rollout and refinement of delivery systems and tools into your portfolio, serving as superuser and advisor to the team to drive adoption and best practice.
• Lead internal portfolio communications and reporting, ensuring visibility of operational health, delivery performance, and portfolio progress.
• Support the team with research and/or finding partners for new asks.
• Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and business development efforts by shaping delivery strategy, resourcing models, and commercial planning.
• Provide a delivery lens on feasibility, scalability, and execution during the pursuit and onboarding of new clients or programs.
• Onboarding new business successfully, at pace to realize revenue goals.

Project Manager

• Be the heartbeat of the client relationship by providing clear, consistent, and timely communication in real-time.
• Lead the rhythm of delivery by providing work, timeline, and budget updates, coordinating status meetings, and flagging blockers or risks to the client.
• Participate in briefings to capture client requirements and reporting needs.
• Capture and distribute feedback, and follow-up on any action points to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Support your Account Director by growing relationships with clients through continuous responsive communication, solutions, and by managing appropriate expectations.
• Rally the right team members to align on shared responsibilities, processes, resourcing, and delivery tasks to bring campaigns to life.
• Translate client briefs into clear production plans and energize the team with the details when facilitating kickoff meetings.
• Keep work moving, deadlines clear, and actions sharp so the team can focus on delivering their best.
• Champion resilience by spotting roadblocks and challenges early-on and finding creative solutions to overcome them.
• Review work with a critical but constructive eye, to ensure it meets expectations and is ready to “wow” the client before it reaches them.
• Create project estimates, quotes, and statements of work with precision, supported by your Account Director.
• Manage project finances and administration by raising PO’s and invoices, and maintaining accurate forecast data to ensure projects stay commercially healthy.
• Keep a close eye on budgets and profitability, flagging risks to your Account Director early and helping the team stay focused on what’s possible.
• Dive into your client’s world by taking a vested interest in understanding their business and industry and sharing relevant details across your team.
• Stay connected on programme and campaign performance, and liaise with your team to share insights and actionable recommendations that sharpen impact.

Account Manager

Project and Account Manager

• Regular client communication providing real-time updates on day-to-day activities
• Coordinate status meetings and provide reporting on work, timelines and budgets; highlight blockers/risks
• Participate in briefings, capture client requirements and reporting needs
• Capture feedback, distribute and follow up on action points
• Support Account Director and build client relationships through responsiveness and clear communication
• Liaise with team members to understand roles, processes and delivery tasks
• Create project plans and resource plans; work with traffic manager to resource and schedule team members
• Write production briefs and facilitate kick-off meetings

3D Artist

• Concept, craft, and deliver high-impact video and motion work across digital platforms, owning projects from ideation to post-production
• Produce short-form social videos, animated explainers and brand films
• Get involved at all stages of projects including concepts, research, briefing, editing and proofing
• Concepting and pitching video ideas that bring brand stories to life
• Collaborating with creative, design, and strategy teams to align on vision and execution
• Advising creative teams and designers on production processes, best practices and how to achieve maximum impact within a specified budget/timeframe
• Sourcing (stock) and editing footage (shot and/or stock)
• Crafting motion graphics/animations/VFX in line with brand guidelines
• Sound design and audio editing using tools like Audition or equivalent
• Managing your own workflow and timelines to hit deadlines and deliver excellence
