About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a senior leader with significant management experience in education organizations/school systems (e.g., assistant superintendent, manager of principals, executive director, member of the C-suite)
  • Deep knowledge of equitable management practices
  • Skills in teaching both virtually and in person
  • Ability to apply knowledge to solve participants’ management challenges
  • Proven skill in building trust with nonprofit organizations and their leaders
  • Experience creating supportive learning environments for participants
  • Ability to identify equity and inclusion implications with an intersectional lens
  • Willingness to engage as a strong team member by living into core values.
