About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Training Operations team, ensuring a seamless experience for all training participants
  • Support clients in navigating access to public trainings and troubleshooting issues
  • Own participant communication and experience of registration and logistics
  • Use data to inform strategy for training registration and logistics
  • Develop and retain diverse staff while maintaining a high bar for performance
  • Manage the training management system (currently Arlo) and vendor relationships
  • Manage overall client contract process for TMC services and products.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated success in managing a diverse, high-performing, and human-centered team
  • Effective delegator and communicator across lines of racial and gender difference
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of systemic and implicit biases and inequities related to race, gender, and identities
  • Ability to center equity, justice, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of the work
  • Experience using databases and web-based systems to manage information accurately.
