Vice President, Client Support
The Management CenterVice President of Client Support at The Management Center leading the Training Operations Team for equitable training experiences. Focused on client support, data strategy, and team management.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Training Operations team, ensuring a seamless experience for all training participants
- Support clients in navigating access to public trainings and troubleshooting issues
- Own participant communication and experience of registration and logistics
- Use data to inform strategy for training registration and logistics
- Develop and retain diverse staff while maintaining a high bar for performance
- Manage the training management system (currently Arlo) and vendor relationships
- Manage overall client contract process for TMC services and products.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated success in managing a diverse, high-performing, and human-centered team
- Effective delegator and communicator across lines of racial and gender difference
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of systemic and implicit biases and inequities related to race, gender, and identities
- Ability to center equity, justice, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of the work
- Experience using databases and web-based systems to manage information accurately.
