About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent management of the sales territory
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen brand presence
- Responsible for sales and distribution targets
- Identify market growth opportunities
- Support retail partners and provide product advice
- Manage deployment of company-owned frozen display freezers
- Implement the sales strategy and promotional activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in field sales, ideally in the FMCG or retail environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Excellent German; English skills are a plus
- Committed, solution-oriented and highly self-motivated
