Key responsibilities & impact

Build and Execute Joint Business Plans with Kroger
Own the Associate Category Manager relationship inclusive of promo execution and contract submissions
Oversee Evergreen planning while managing trade investment efficiently
Lead the KOMPASS Reset / New Item Submission Process
Drive trade investment effectiveness and efficiency via NRM; partner with shopper marketing to do the same
Drive insights to action, delivering key insights to business partners, while leveraging data to optimize how we go to market with Kroger.
Utilize strong analytical skills to provide in depth MICC and competitive promotional analysis
Ensure all deductions and post audits are completed in an effective and timely manner
Oversee a Sales Analyst including their daily responsibilities and career development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required
2-5+ years experience in CPG or Retail Industry
A self starter, who takes ownership of their business
Analytical expertise, ability to see trends and develop recommendations from data (i.e., Circana, Nielsen, Numerator)
Microsoft Office: Excel & Power Point proficiency required
Skilled written and verbal communicator
Strong attention to detail to manage numerous processes, spreadsheets and forms
Ability to manage ambiguity and complex situations with many different data sources while crafting the story
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others
