About the role
- Lead the digital transformation of Ice Cream Marketing processes
- Drive local design, UAT, deployment and change in the markets
- Collaborate with marketing leads across different within the BU
- Manage BU level deployment for all marketing process and enterprise platforms
- Lead implementation of new Marketing processes
- Collaborate with other workstreams to deliver E2E processes for Marketing function
- Engage with business leaders and users to ensure their inclusion and engagement
- Drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools
- Oversee data readiness for the Marketing processes
Requirements
- 5-10 years of extensive experience in Marketing process ownership
- Strong understanding of how marketing operations work
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing change management strategies
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and managing expectations at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in diverse international markets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel globally
