• Case Manager at the Lovely Law Firm handling a dynamic caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Investigate facts, prepare documents, and assist attorneys with support and administrative duties
• Focus on client service, communication, and medical management; contact clients at least every 30 days and perform initial call within 24 hours
• File management: request medical records and bills, maintain document files, document case activity in case management software
• Prepare case files for demand department, seek liens and lien reductions under attorney guidance, prepare disbursement statements
• Medical management: schedule medical appointments, review and analyze medical records and billing, obtain treatment/property damage/lost wage status and photos
• Litigation support: draft petitions and initial discovery for attorney review, generate pleadings, draft discovery responses, schedule doctor conferences, depositions, mediations
