Requirements

Small Company Pedigree : Proven ability to thrive without a massive IT department; someone who can "wear the hats" of Architect, Dev, and QA.
The Systems Thinker: Specific experience with building systems to output specific goals.
The Brain Builder: Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases, and/or Centralized Data Lakes.
Integration Expert: Expert-level knowledge of connecting disparate agency tools (CRMs, Project Management software, Financial tools) via APIs.
Experience Application: Experience leading technical direction by defining 'how' systems must be built to ensure future-proof growth, rather than simply executing a pre-defined roadmap.
