About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the lifecycle management of software and hardware assets across The Lottery Corporation
Ensure accurate and reliable asset information
Support the end-to-end software request process, including requirement validation, licensing, approvals and fulfilment
Partner with technology, procurement, finance and security teams to optimise software usage and control costs
Deliver reporting, governance and data quality initiatives to improve visibility and support decision making
Drive continuous improvement through automation, process simplification and enhanced user experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Management or technology operations environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Focus on accuracy, data quality and operational excellence
Experience with ServiceNow, Flexera Snow Atlas or similar enterprise asset management tools
Ability to build trusted relationships and engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to balance user needs, governance requirements and commercial outcomes
