About the role

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for the MICE business (Corporate & Events) with a focus on Zurich and the DACH region
  • Active market development, new client acquisition and key account management in the corporate and MICE segments
  • Professional and brand-compliant representation of The Living Circle Group to corporate, MICE and leisure partners
  • Independent management of an international long‑haul market in the FIT segment, including market development
  • Building and further developing an emerging market within the long‑haul market, including market strategy, partner network and sales activities
  • Designing and implementing sales and go‑to‑market initiatives in close collaboration with the Group Director of Sales
  • Planning and conducting client visits, fam trips, site inspections, roadshows and trade shows
  • Sales responsibility from first contact to contract signing, including contract administration
  • Maintaining and developing customer portfolios in the CRM, and preparing reports, forecasts and market analyses
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders and hotel partnerships (LHW, Relais & Châteaux, Preferred Hotels)

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training or degree from a recognized hotel management school
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable sales role within upscale or luxury hospitality
  • Confident communication at all levels and a strong service orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office, PMS and CRM systems
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages such as Italian or French are an advantage
  • Existing network in relevant markets, ideally with potential for The Living Circle
  • High degree of autonomy, sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel for business and enjoyment of varied client contact
  • Team‑oriented and open personality with a high level of interpersonal skills
  • Affinity for high‑quality food, wine and gastronomy
  • Understanding of sustainable and responsible practices
