Customer Support

• Triage and resolve tickets in our help-desk queue; liaise with vendors and reference KB articles as needed.
• Manage domain-joined workstations/servers, hybrid Microsoft 365 users, GPOs, BitLocker, MFA, roaming profiles, and user-profile disks.
• Basic Hyper-V/cluster upkeep; power-up/restart procedures after outages.
• DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, VPN tunnels, OSI-layer troubleshooting, UNIFI UDM devices, wireless channels/security, UNC/SMB shares, logon scripts, file-level permissions.
• Deploy and reimage PCs (Clonezilla, DDRescue, etc.); run memtests, disk diagnostics, ProcMon/ProcExp, etc.
• First-line admin and report troubleshooting for our SQL-backed ERP/CRM systems.
• Write and update clear internal KB articles as you solve problems.
• Support NIST/ITAR/CMMC controls, door-access systems, centralized print servers/drivers, and general best practices.
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI; script, automate, or hack together tools that make everyone’s job easier.
