About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Development Lifecycle: Play a key role in defining and owning the product feature development from conception to release.
  • Ensure a steady flow of well-defined features for our engineering team. You’ll be creating the user stories, from ensuring business Acceptance criteria to Quality Assurance Matrixes are included.
  • Define and Prioritise Features: Be responsible for work breakdown and prioritisation, ensuring features are well defined (including user stories, business acceptance criteria, QA matrix, RACI matrix, and release notes) and align with our strategic goals.
  • Manage Risks and Solutions: Identify potential risks and contribute to solutions, enhancing the efficiency of our development process.
  • Quality Assurance and Documentation: Uphold high-quality standards in product development and maintain comprehensive documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working with Agile software development teams: You’ve got experience in agile product delivery, with a good understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
  • Results orientated: Ensuring the team understand the expected outcome of any work being planned or delivered, what success looks like and how it is measured.
  • Analytics focused: You’ve got experience in analysing data using different methods to understand and interpret trends and behaviours as well as the ability to present that data clearly and understandably.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong capability in writing clear, concise, and effective documentation and communication, align with familiarity with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
