About the role
- You’ll own a single strategic partnership (OVO Energy)
- Lead a small, strong team of three IC's (2 x BDE and 1 x Ops Analyst)
- Collaborate closely with Tech to evolve one core product area
- Drive a defined P&L and proposition end-to-end
Requirements
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience developing and maximising B2B commercial partnerships - working with a major partner, e.g. OVO Energy.
- Proven track record of coaching and leading small but high-performing business development teams focused on user growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work with Tech/Product teams - shaping requirements, influencing prioritisation, and helping deliver product improvements.
- Experience in the residential energy industry.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of a P&L sheet
