About the role

  • Support Senior Director of Behavioral Health and Vice President of Programs with calendars and schedule needs
  • Be responsive to real-time changes in the calendar
  • Coordinate program meetings and events with others and communicate to all departments meeting confirmations
  • Liaise between community and Program leaders
  • Welcome visitors, inquiries, and appointments in-person, via email, or virtually
  • Coordinate and maintain linkage and MOU agreements across programs
  • Provide coordination and set-up duties for both external and internal meetings
  • Prepare Programs-related quarterly Board of Directors reports and monthly updates
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for Center Recovery and Mental Health Clinic services
  • manage email communications
  • maintain accurate records and dashboards
  • ensure timely responses to inquiries and referrals
  • Coordinate materials and logistics for community events
  • Manage scheduling for private meeting spaces and shared equipment
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of office and program supplies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent professional and educational experience
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • direct experience working for an executive is highly preferred
  • English/Spanish bilingual preferred
  • Superior communication skills
  • excellent writing and editing skills
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Must exercise good discretion and judgment and be able to be trusted with confidential information
  • Must possess strong and affirming interpersonal skills
  • Schedule flexibility
