About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the team of sales representatives within your region.
- Ensure achievement and exceedance of sales targets.
- Develop and implement plans to increase volume and optimize market coverage.
- Represent the company to customers and strategic partners in the region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the customer portfolio.
- Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor KPIs, generate reports and provide strategic feedback to senior management.
- Ensure attainment and surpassing of quarterly and annual targets.
- Participate in strategic meetings, events and industry forums.
- Consistently update RD Station to ensure predictability and traceability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Management, Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably managing strategic accounts and/or segment-focused accounts.
- Experience working with a representatives channel (independent sales representatives) is valued.
- Track record of generating new business through relationship-building, networking and expansion of existing accounts.
