About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple early childhood education centers within an assigned district
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Center Directors to drive performance, staff retention, and family satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including enrollment, revenue, and operational compliance
  • Ensure all centers maintain licensing, safety, and quality standards in accordance with state and company regulations
  • Influence the centers ability to drive enrollment growth through community engagement, marketing initiatives, and relationship building
  • Conduct regular center visits to assess operations, culture, and curriculum delivery
  • Partner with World Headquarters to implement company-wide initiatives, programs, and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Early Childhood Experience
  • 3–5+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in childcare, education, or retail/service industries
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams across multiple locations
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational metrics
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of early childhood education standards, licensing requirements, and best practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred
