Administrator – Payroll & Reward

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for processing International and U.S. New Hires.
- Terminations and LOA’s
- Ensure compliance and data integrity of payroll data in all systems
- Ensures and maintains compliance with applicable payroll legislation.
- Executes time and attendance set up for first day of employment.
- Deliver superior customer service to both staff and external vendors, escalating benefits and payroll issues where required.
- Validate Record of Employment submissions.
- Additional duties and special projects, as assigned.
- Support with administering & communicating reward and benefit programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1-2 years related payroll experience with multi-state and International payroll experience an asset.
- Proficient in using an HRIS system in particularly Kronos or ADP, as well as Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Teams, Slack, etc.
- Previous ATS experience, Hibob or others.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle complex problems and issues.
- Strong technical skills; super-user ability/understanding of an integrated database system/HRIS.
- Self-motivated, team player, able to work well under pressure.
- Well organized, with strong attention to detail.
