About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create motion graphics and kinetic typography optimized for social, digital, and broadcast platforms across Sports and Casino markets.
  • Produce short-form video content designed to engage audiences, communicate brand value, and drive meaningful action.
  • Animate in-app UI screens and product flows to showcase features and value propositions in clear, compelling ways.
  • Add captions, music, sound design, and platform-native elements to maximize engagement and viewer retention.
  • Develop multiple creative variations to support testing, iteration, and continuous creative improvement.
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate briefs and insights into fresh motion concepts.
  • Adapt and optimize assets across multiple formats and placements (9:16, 16:9, 4:5, 1:1) for platform-native execution.
  • Stay current with motion design trends, emerging formats, and the broader digital creative landscape to keep our output fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in Motion Design, Video Production, or a related creative discipline.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing short-form motion work with clear creative vision and audience awareness.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D and Adobe Premiere is a plus.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools, including video and image generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney) as well as AI-enhanced editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Topaz Video AI).
  • Experience in digital or brand marketing environments (preferred).
  • Experience in app or product storytelling (preferred).
  • A strong instinct for what makes motion content land - pacing, hooks, narrative, sound, and platform context.
  • Comfortable designing across multiple aspect ratios and placements (9:16, 16:9, 4:5, 1:1).
  • Ability to iterate quickly based on creative feedback and evolving briefs.
  • Strong attention to detail while working at speed in a high-volume, collaborative creative environment.
