About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide legal support and guidance across multiple functions of the company, including senior management
Include broad legal responsibilities with respect to commercial matters for the company
Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, sponsorship and partnership agreements, marketing, media and affiliate agreements, product and technology agreements and other commercial agreements
Work closely with teams across the business technology and product, social/free to play games, marketing, finance and operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor degree from a top US law school
Admission and in good standing to one or more US state bars
A minimum of 3-5 years legal experience with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
General familiarity with intellectual property concepts
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick deadlines and multiple demands
Law firm experience at a reputable firm and in-house experience in a startup or large organization
Experience in digital online gaming and/or sports betting (experience working on marketing transactions a plus)
Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry
