Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy and execution of multi-jurisdictional regulatory and compliance reporting suite
Write and run SQL queries to validate report logic and identify root causes
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to interpret regulatory requirements
Partner with Data Engineering and Platform teams to maintain data quality
Monitor regulatory changes and lead corresponding updates to logic, format, and pipeline dependencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in product, compliance operations, regulatory reporting, or adjacent roles
Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and integration plans
Strong analytical skills with SQL, BI tools, or large datasets
Willingness to influence without authority and challenge assumptions
Comfort working with legal, compliance, external regulators, and engineering stakeholders across time zones
A sense of humor, perspective, and resilience
