About the role
- Own and drive the product strategy for Casino Experience
- Define, track, and optimize key product metrics including engagement, retention, conversion, and lifetime value
- Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation (e.g., MVPs, A/B testing) to inform roadmap decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional solutions
- Inspire and lead a fast-growing, high-performing team through a collaborative and transparent culture
- Drive the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and roadmap planning through design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Champion customer and business needs, translating them into innovative, compliant product experiences
- Foster a startup mentality, driving technical excellence, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Engage regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within online casino, iGaming, gaming, or high-scale consumer platforms
- Strong experience with player engagement mechanics such as promotions, bonuses, personalization, loyalty, or gamification
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Experience owning consumer-facing experiences at scale
- Ability to balance UX, revenue, and compliance constraints
- Experience in sportsbook products is a plus, but not required
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and time zones
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver products on time and within budget
- Strong experience working within agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strategic thinker with a passion for building outstanding customer experiences
- Nice to have: Experience launching casino features in regulated U.S. markets
- Background in experimentation-heavy or personalization-driven products
- Experience mentoring junior product managers
- Experience working closely with CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle messaging platforms
- Passion for casino games and player psychology
