About the role
- Support the accurate coding and assignment of VIP and pVIP players to Account Managers and Hosts
- Maintain player-to-host relationships in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Ensure player assignments align with established criteria, performance metrics, and VIP segmentation guidelines.
- Audit player coding regularly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Assist with documentation of coding rules, assignment logic, and standard operating procedures.
- Support ad-hoc requests related to player movement, reassignment, or portfolio balancing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics support, operations, CRM, or data coordination.
- Comfortable working in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge (or a willingness to learn).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Can manage repetitive tasks with consistency while handling time-sensitive requests.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in gaming, VIP operations, or data analytics.
