Requirements
- Solid experience delivering complex, cross functional initiatives in fast moving environments.
- Strong foundations in project and program management, for example RAID management, dependency mapping, stakeholder management, planning, scope control.
- Experience and interest in applying AI driven tools to modern project management, from workflow automation to smarter insights and reporting.
- Proven problem-solving skills, ideally with exposure to techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, or operational improvement frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You know how to keep the right people informed in the right way.
- The ability to simplify complexity and turn ambiguity into actionable plans.
- A collaborative working style with the confidence to challenge constructively and push teams toward outcomes.
- Highly valued but not required: Experience in sports betting and/or iGaming regulated industries, with exposure to international or multi-market operations.
