About the role

  • Identify creators who actually fit our brand by looking beyond follower counts — tone, habits, content patterns, audience alignment, and platform behavior all matter here
  • Maintain regular communication with creators, agencies, partners, managers, and the like- especially when the situation is ambiguous, schedules shift, or expectations need recalibrating.
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact who creators feel comfortable coming to with questions — even the unglamorous logistical ones.
  • Ensure creators feel supported, informed, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards and expectations.
  • Assist in shaping briefs that make sense for the creator’s voice and the campaign’s objectives across sportsbook and casino moments - from tentpole sports events to product launches - even when those two things pull in different directions.
  • Keep content calendars, timelines, compliance windows, and asset delivery organized in a way that anticipates problems before they surface.
  • Track posts during live go-times (sports, casino moments, cultural events) and be ready to escalate when something looks off or out of alignment.
  • Support creative ideation and evaluate creator submissions of influencer content for nuance — the tone, the wording, the pacing, the implications — not just whether it “checks the box.”
  • Catch details that automated systems usually miss: subtle phrasing issues, missed disclosures, cultural references that don’t land, or violations of responsible gaming expectations.
  • Integrate creator-focused storytelling into collaborations with Hard Rock Bet’s partnerships - including teams, athletes, entertainers, events, and tentpole moments - through narratives that feel natural to fans; not like forced talking points.
  • Monitor performance, metrics, and analytics with an eye toward why something happened — not only what the numbers say.
  • Document patterns and compile structured reports: creators who consistently deliver under pressure, formats that work for specific sports, moments that resonate, insights, and more.
  • Maintain organized internal documentation- talent lists, contacts, contracts, and campaign logs in a way that helps the team make better decisions next month — not just this week.
  • Work closely with Social, Creative, Partnerships, Marketing, PR, and Product teams to ensure influencer activations support broader brand and business objectives.
  • Align influencer content with social strategies, marketing campaigns, and responsible gaming initiatives — then factor those into your daily decisions.
  • Stay ahead of creator economy shifts, platform updates, and cultural moments within sports and gaming by actually observing what creators are doing, inventing, and reacting to.
  • Pitch timely creator-led ideas that amplify Hard Rock Bet’s brand based on instinct, observation, and cultural read - not just surface-level “trends” and that resonate with fans and bettors.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital partnerships (sports, betting, fantasy sports, entertainment, gaming, or similar consumer brands preferred)
  • Familiarity with creator marketing tools, social platforms, and influencer campaign workflows
  • Comfortable evaluating creators/creator campaigns using both data (performance, audience, metrics) and instinct (tone, behavior, fit)
  • Ability to juggle multiple creator relationships and manage deliverables without losing track of the details
  • Understanding of social analytics, influencer KPIs, and performance frameworks
  • Genuine passion for sports and/or gaming & casino content, with the ability to connect influencer content to fan behavior and cultural moments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced schedule shaped by live sports timing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and a strong sense of brand voice and visual identity
  • Creative, collaborative, and proactive with an interest in the creator world as it actually works, not just how it looks online
  • Local to Florida (especially South Florida) is highly preferred
  • Some nights and weekends are required based on the sports calendar
  • Experience producing/editing creator-style content (short-form video, UGC, social-first) is a plus
  • Experience using AI tools for ideation or content-building (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Sora, etc.) is a plus
Benefits
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Flexible vacation allowance
  • Flexible work-from-home or office hours
  • Startup culture backed by a secure, global brand
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of the Sportsbook and Casino product
